In fact, in a new official preview from Marvel, it has been officially confirmed that the cosmic and natural order of the saga is destined to change because in the comics Thanos created the Infinity Stone, the Death Stone, a week ago: After being teased for years, this new seventh Infinity Stone has finally become a reality and now the new Thanos artifact – which has given rise to the huge new Marvel Comics crossover called ‘Infinity Watch’, which will take place in the next appointments with the House of Ideas starting from ‘Thanos annual n. 1’ and which will transform the Infinity Stones into living beings – will allow anyone who possesses it to instantly kill their enemies.
In the comics, Thanos created this new Stone by imprisoning Death inside an Artificial Infinity Stone that he forged in the heart of a black hole, but after much effort he discovered that the Death Stone refuses to obey his will: will we ever see the echoes of this plot reverberate in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Who knows.
