Late Night With the Devil is presented as a movie of found footage of a live television broadcast. The program is one late-night talk show from 1977Night Owls. The film follows talk show host Jack Delroy during the events of a Halloween special. One of the interviews in the episode concerns Lilly, a young survivor of a mass suicide perpetrated within a satanic cult. The release of the film was preceded by a trailer, released on March 6, which conquered social media. It opens with a countdown, showing an announcer dressed as a devil complete with horns and cape introducing late-night talk show host Jack Delroy. The episode they are recording is the special destined to turn into a gruesome and terrifying experience. In an attempt to stay on the air and not see their program canceled, the talk show producers ask the host to accept some compromises, but the trailer shows him decidedly reluctant. The turning point comes when Jack announces two guests, one parapsychologist and the protagonist of her book, a little girl named Lilly. Together they will try to summon the devil. When Lilly succeeds and takes on monstrous and demonic features, the show turns into the chronicle of a delirious and vaguely psychedelic horror.

He recently had a supporting role in the blockbuster Oppenheimer by Christopher Nolan. The main cast also includes Laura Gordon (Undertow) as Dr. June Ross-Mitchell, Ian Bliss (Matrix Reloaded) as the magician Carmichael, Fayssal Bazzi as a psychic named Christou, while Ingrid Torelli is Lilly. The subject of Late Night With the Devil was conceived by Australian brothers Cameron and Colin Cairnes, also directors of the film. The film is produced by Mat Govoni, Adam White (Inspired Guns), John Molloy (Molly), Roy Lee (It), Steven Schneider (Paranormal Activity) and Derek Dauchy. The executive producers are Joel Anderson (Lake Mungo), Rami Yasin and David Dastmalchian himself. The horror film is produced by Image Nation Abu Dhabi with Spooky Pictures, and is part of other films in the stable that, starting from a generally low budget, conquer audiences with original stories.
