He loses control of his motorbike and slides on the asphalt, hitting his head. It happened last night in Ballata, a hamlet in the municipality of Erice.
The driver of the vehicle was a 41-year-old man from Trapani. For reasons that are still being investigated, the man lost control of the vehicle, falling heavily to the ground. The alarm was raised by the drivers who arrived on the scene and, therefore, the emergency services were activated. In Ballata, therefore, the ambulance showed up and the medical personnel on board the vehicle, as soon as they arrived at the scene of the accident, realized the seriousness of the accident. The 41-year-old, therefore, was immediately transported to the emergency room of the Sant’Antonio Abate hospital in Trapani where the doctors on duty diagnosed him with a cerebral hemorrhage. At this point, therefore, it was arranged for him to be transferred to the Villa Sofia hospital in Palermo where, currently, he is hospitalized with a conditional life sentence.
