Ragusa, Anc’s requests in this hot climate of tax season

Once again, Anc is at the forefront of this hot tax season climate. This is what the president of Anc Ragusa, Rosa Anna Paolino, highlights after the national leaders of the association met with the Deputy Minister of Economy Maurizio Leo. “We have brought to the attention of the representative of the national government – Paolino explains – a series of issues: from the critical issues contained in the scope of the biennial preventive agreement, to the need to find an appropriate remedy for the non-insurability for the direct sanctions that the professional incurs in the exercise of his mandate. With a view to creating paths to support taxpayers, the possibility of reopening the facilitated definitions (quater scrapping) was proposed as well as the introduction of a new institution such as the possible quinquies scrapping. The opportunity to provide for the remission in bonis for formal irregularities of building credits was then addressed with the Deputy Minister, furthermore the anomalies of the 2023 southern bonus for agriculture and fishing were highlighted. A topic that was discussed at length during the meeting was the persistence of difficulties in tax-payer relations, which have evidently worsened following a telematic system that has proven unable to adequately respond to stressful situations that, in this particular period of the year, involve a multiplicity of accesses” (in the photo, from left, Paolino and Cuchel).

“In fact, these days – continues Paolino – the mass of reports for the downtime of the area relating to access to tax drawers, which together with the numerous disservices, cyclically reported by Anc, make it difficult to proceed with an appropriate planning of tax obligations. We have discussed this with the deputy minister, always with the collaborative spirit that belongs to Anc. Discussion started on important aspects that concern the functioning of our tax system and that impact taxpaying citizens, businesses and the work of economic professionals. We hope that the ideas that have emerged can be followed up on the level of measures. We thank our national president, Marco Cuchel, for his constant attention to the needs of members”.
