Violette Spillebout came first in the first round of the legislative elections in the 9th constituency of the North: the candidate of the presidential majority obtained 34.01% of the votes this Sunday, June 30.
In the second round, if all the candidates remain, she will face Odile Vidal-Sagnier (New Popular Front), who came second with 31.12% of the votes and Christine Landru (National Rally), third with 20.67%.
What were the results during the 2022 legislative elections?
During the 2022 election, Violette Spillebout, candidate for the Ensemble presidential majority, came first in the first round with 31.92%, ahead of Odile Vidal-Sagnier (Nupes) at 27.22%.
In the second round, Violette Spiellebout was elected with more than 59% of the votes, ahead of candidate Nupes (40.90%).
As a reminder, during the European elections of June 9, Valérie Hayer’s Renaissance list came out on top in this constituency with 20.46% of the vote, ahead of Jordan Bardella’s RN list (18.71%) and Raphaël Glucksmann’s PS-PP list (13.15%).
