The policemen of Caserta 3 people reported for a fight in Piazza Carlo di Borbone. Following the report, the officers intervened yesterday evening in the square in front of the Royal Palace of Caserta, stopping three people, two North African minors and an 18-year-old originally from the province of Caserta.
The investigations made it possible to reconstruct what happened shortly before, with two groups of people facing each other, creating confusion among those present. In the confusion, one of the minors received a blow to the face, for which he was treated in hospital.
During the search for the other participants in the fight, two people were stopped, one of whom, an 18-year-old of North African origin, was found in possession of hashish, for which he will be reported for administrative sanction procedures.
After investigations, the two were found to be unrelated to the facts. Activities are underway to identify the other participants in the brawl, including through video surveillance systems present in the area. Other services were provided in nightlife locations throughout the province, with the participation of other police forces, which allowed the control of over 200 people and fines to the Highway Code.
