LADISPOLI – The “Alfieri” of Corrado Melone were awarded. An event that the comprehensive institute never wants to give up every year to highlight, through a ceremony, girls and boys who have distinguished themselves for their behavior and their extracurricular activities. And so the event this year was held at the “Gotha Beach” establishment, in the presence of our mayor, Alessandro Grando and the councilor for Public Education, Margherita Frappa. The director could not be missing. «The task of young people – says Riccardo Agresti – is to prepare themselves to arrive strong in adult life and school has precisely this purpose; but next to school there is also another active life that for some, we are talking about children under 14, is represented by sports competitions, artistic performances, social and civil commitment. Those who look superficially at the world of millennials, stop to observe and stigmatize those who spend their time typing on their cell phones or spending the nights, lost in the streets of Ladispoli without any control from their parents. Obviously the moral absence of parents has its tragic effects”.
