(By Anthony Carrano) Despite the few games played in his three-year adventure in the red and blue jersey, Andrea Loliva showed his importance in the locker room carving out a fundamental role for itself thanks to the charisma which distinguished him especially in the last championship he played.
The now former rossoblù goalkeeper wanted to use his social profiles to greet the Taranto fans: “Finding the words to greet and thank Taranto and the Taranto people is not easy for me. And those who know me know it. They have been 3 different, intense, but tremendously beautiful years. It certainly did not go the way I wanted, I would be a liar if I said otherwise, but despite the fact that I found little space, the love I feel for these colors has grown day after day. I have felt incredible emotions that I have never felt in my life. Together we have won and we have lost, we have rejoiced and we have cried. I thank all my teammates, mister Capuano and his staff, and all the fans who have made these 3 years the most beautiful of my footballing life. Now our paths are dividing, unfortunately there were no longer the conditions to continue together, new exciting challenges await me that I can’t wait to experience, but it will never be a goodbye, just a see you later, because a love so strong, so intense, can never end. Now Taranto is and will be home. You are and will be my greatest love failure. And I will always be one of you. Thank you Taranto, I will never know how to thank you”.
