How the organizational well-being in public administration Can it improve work performance and the achievement of set goals? Does working towards goals help make public administration more efficient? workplaces impact on employee efficiency? What good practices in this context can be transferred between the private sector and public administration?

This and much more will be discussed in depth during the study day scheduled for Monday (July 1) at Palazzo Ducale (Throne Room), starting at 2 pm, which will be opened by institutional greetings from the President of the Province. Luca Menesini and the general manager of Upi Tuscany Ruben Cheli.
The event is organized by the Province of Lucca, by Upi Toscana with the patronage of Anci Toscana and Upi Emilia-Romagna.

The introductory speech will be that of Roberto Gerardigeneral director of the Province of Lucca who will illustrate the macro themes of the day and the objectives of the initiative aimed at administrators and managers of the public administration.
