Was acquitted on appeal the 23-year-old trapper from the robbery charge Baby Gang, born Zaccaria Mouhib. The Court of Appeal of Milan decided this, overturning the first degree conviction to 4 years and 10 months of imprisonment which had been inflicted on the artist on January 26, 2023. The trial concerned an alleged robbery occurred in Vineyardsin Milan, in July 2021, but the judge acquitted him “for not having committed the crime”.

Baby Gang’s lawyer, Nicholas Vecchionihas demonstrated that the evidence was “incomplete” and that on the day of the robbery the trapper was not in Vignate but in Rimini and therefore he could never have committed the crime.

In recent days, Baby Gang, which has millions of followers and tops the music charts, he had been released from prison and had returned to the House arrest upon decision of the Review Court. He is also subject to another sentence in first instance, 5 years and 2 months, for one alleged shooting which occurred on the night between 2 and 3 July 2022 in via di Tocqueville, near Corso Como, in the area of Milanese nightlife, in which two Senegalese remained and were shot in the legs. The appeal process is underway for this second accusation.
