Luca Ricci, the 50-year-old who killed his father Giuseppe, 75, and his mother Lusia Marconi, 70, in the villa on Via Fanella 127 in Fano on June 24, was heard in a first interrogation. According to initial rumors, the man committed this act because he did not want to make his parents suffer anymore.

Luca Ricci arrested for the murder of his parents in Fano: “They didn’t want to give me any more money.” The house lost due to debts

The story

Luca Ricci wanted to open an artisan workshop and leave his job as a metalworker in a factory. For this reason he had asked for a loan of 60 thousand euros, inviting his parents to guarantee it by pawning the house where they lived. Unfortunately for him, however, things did not go well and the business failed. Because of this event the man decided to commit a wicked act, kill his parents: GGiuseppe Ricci, known as Giorgio, 75 years old, formerly a carpenter in the nautical sector and retired for many years, and Luisa Marconi, 70 years old, housewife. The man (despite having committed the crime) was the first to raise the alarm declaring that he had found the bodies of his parents when he went down to their accommodation. Luca Ricci was held all day in the Fano police station for questioning

The interrogation

After 16 hours of questioning it emerged that: the 50-year-old first strangled his mother Luisa Marconi, 70, while she was measuring her blood pressure in the kitchen, then went into the bedroom and killed his father with 11 hammer blows to the head; Giuseppe who tried to react but in vain. Tomorrow in Pesaro the hearing to validate the arrest of Luca Ricci will be held before the investigating judge Giacomo Gasparini. The double murderer, now incarcerated in the Villa Fastiggi prison in Pesaro, must answer for multiple voluntary homicide aggravated by cruelty. However, the movement remains unknown even if, from the evidence collected, it emerged that Luca Ricci continually asked his parents for money.
