Scm Group, a multinational from Rimini, today signed an agreement with Tecno Logica for the acquisition of control of its share capital. Strategic operation with the aim of enriching the offer in the sector of highly innovative, productive and flexible industrial plants.
This is a strategic operation that expands the Rimini group’s offering of products and services with integrated, scalable and modular systems for the large automotive, furniture and door manufacturing industries. Tecno Logica, based in Treviso, is one of the major manufacturers of very high productivity and flexibility systems for a wide spectrum of industrial processes, with more than 200 installations in Europe, the Middle East, Mexico and the USA and a turnover of over 30 million euros .
