For maintenance and infrastructural upgrading interventions involving multiple stations and lines of the network, train circulation will undergo scheduled changes in timetable and route.
As communicated to us by the railway network operator RFIto allow the execution of infrastructure upgrading works in the Monza station, train movement must be suspended as specified below:
1. Between Carnate U. and Monza, from 2.45pm on Saturday 29 June to 7am on Sunday 30 June.
Lines affected and necessary measures:
RE_8 Tirano – Colico – Lecco – Milan, the trains will travel between Colico and Carnate U. (between Colico and Sondrio/Tirano the service is already carried out with replacement buses). A replacement bus service will be activated between Carnate and Monza. Between Monza and Milan it will be possible to use the RE_80 line service. Last Saturday trips that will travel regularly for the entire route are:
→ 2827 (Colico 13.05 – Milan Centrale 14.40) and 2828 (Milan Centrale 14.20 – Colico 15.46).
First trips on Sunday that will travel regularly for the entire route are:
→ 2813 (Colico 6.01 – Milan Central 7.40) and 2814 (Milan Central 7.20 – Colico 8.46).
Alternatives to and from Lecco: Milan Centrale-Bergamo line, Bergamo-Ponte San Pietro replacement bus and Ponte San Pietro-Lecco line.
S8 Lecco – Carnate – Milan, trains will travel between Lecco and Carnate U. A replacement bus service will be activated between Carnate and Monza. Between Monza and Milan it will be possible to use the S11 line service.

R14 Bergamo – Carnate U. – Milan, the trains will travel between Ponte San Pietro and Carnate U. (between Bergamo and Ponte San Pietro the service is already carried out with replacement buses). A replacement bus service will be activated between Carnate and Monza. Between Monza and Milan it will be possible to use the S11 line service. Last Saturday trips that will travel regularly for the entire route are:
→ 25847 (Milan Porta Garibaldi 1.31pm – Ponte S. Pietro 2.26pm) and 25850 (Ponte S. Pietro 1.30pm – Milan Porta Garibaldi 2.29pm)

The “sea train” 3006 will also be subject to change which circulates with a new number 25702 La Spezia Centrale 18.10 – Milan Porta Garibaldi 22.10; expected
bus from Milan Porta Garibaldi to Seregno and from Seregno to Como SG it is possible to use the S11 25086 train.
On Saturday and Sunday, customers in possession of tickets and passes valid for the Lecco-Monza route will be able to travel along the alternative itineraries via Molteno and via Bergamo-Treviglio, with higher mileage, with the same ticket.
Furthermore, travel tickets valid on connections between Milan and Como S.Giovanni/Camerlata can also be used on the Milan Cadorna-Saronno-Como Lago route.
