Since 26 June, Calabria has participated in the experimental phase of the national database of accommodation facilities and properties intended for short-term rental or for tourist purposes (BDSR), together with Abruzzo, Puglia and Veneto.

In the next days, the Ministry will update the information relating to the activation of the service in the other Regions and Autonomous Provinces on the official websiteand, with the aim of covering the entire national territory.

Request for National Identification Code (CIN)

Through the BDSR platform, it is possible to request the National Identification Code (CIN), necessary for the publication of advertisements and for the external display of the structures, in compliance with the art. 13-ter of legislative decree no. 145/2023.

The users, through access with digital identity, they can view the data of the structures linked to their Fiscal Codeintegrate any missing information, report changes and obtain the CIN.

Experimental Phase without Sanctions

During the experimental phase, There are no sanctions for failure to comply with obligations. This allows citizens to adapt to the new provisions relating to the identification code well in advance.

This phase allows owners to familiarize themselves with the system before sanctions come into force.

Entry into force and mandatory nature of the CIN

The provisions of the art. 13-ter of legislative decree no. 145/2023 will become effective from the sixtieth day following publication in the Official Journal, expected by 1 September 2024. From that moment, the acquisition of the CIN will be mandatory, as clarified in the dedicated FAQs published on the Ministry website.
