Shimpei Tominaga, the 56-year-old Japanese businessman who was punched while trying to break up a fight, he died on Tuesday evening 26 June at Udine hospital. The man had been hospitalized for four days in the intensive care unit and on Tuesday night the commission to ascertain brain death was activated.
Battistella’s position
