The power suddenly went out on the flight that had not yet departed and was directed from Rome Fiumicino to Olbia. The Volotea plane was ready to take off when the blackout occurred which risked sparking a small revolt among the passengers.

The head of comedian and television presenter Max Giusti appeared between the seats and invited those present to calm down. “Let’s see what they tell us, because if we all get up in a hurry, there are many of us and there is no welcome downstairs. We understand what they tell us – commented the TV personality –. Let’s remain calm, it’s a situation I’ve never experienced. Let’s listen that they tell us, let’s do things in an orderly manner, otherwise we’ll get hurt.”

Shortly before, Giusti had said in an Instagram story that the plane was two and a half hours late.

After a few hours, the flight operated by Volotea finally landed at the Costa Smeralda without further problems. “Arrived, all alive – joked Giusti on social media -. However, thanks to the on-board staff who really did everything to make us leave. We are alive, everything is fine. Damn it”.
