Royal Air Maroc’s Naples Casablanca flight is operational

Royal Air Maroc, as already announced, from the June 22nd gave the go-ahead to the direct flight that connects Naplesa key city for the southern Italian area, also in relation to the significant presence of Moroccan and African communities, a Casablancathe economic capital of Morocco, as well as one of the most significant financial centers in Africa.

With a biweekly programmingactivate the Monday and Saturdaythe new route is strategic for leisure traffic and for them companies engaged in business actions in Morocco and on the African continent.

Operated with a Boeing 737-800 from 159 seats (12 business, 147 economy), the flight will be active all year round.

Dense network of connections

With the two new connections the total number of direct flights goes up to 44 and for thewinter 2024 the company will be operational with a sensitive increase in programming compared to 2019, offering, through the Casablanca hub, numerous flights to the most important cities in the Morocco(Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Fez), ofSub-Saharan Africa (Dakar, Lagos, Accra, Abidjan, Bamako), del North America (New York, Washington and Miami) and of Canada (Montreal).

Korchi Mohammed Adil, Country Manager of the Italian division of Royal Air Maroc comments: “the new flight from Naples is part of Royal Air Maroc’s development plan in Italy and responds directly to market needs, characterized by all its components, namely theimportant presence of the Moroccan and African community, but also leisure and corporate traffic. We have always collaborated alongside the entire distribution network, a channel that we believe is precious for an important place like the Italian one. To offer a greater service to passengers, we have also activated codesharing routes with Ita Airways, with a focus above all on Southern Italy and the Islands”.
