LIVORNO – This afternoon, July 1st, from 3pmil Town Council will meet for the first time after the administrative elections that reconfirmed Luca Salvetti as mayor.
Below is the agenda:
-Administrative elections 8 and 9 June 2024 – Validation of those elected (art. 41, paragraph 1T.UEL) and of the incoming Councilors pursuant to art. 64, paragraph 2 TUEL;
-Resignation from the office of City Councilor elected as a candidate for Mayor in the administrative elections of 8 and 9 June 2024. Subrogation pursuant to art. 38, paragraphs 4 and 8
T.U.E.L.;
-Election of the Deputy Councilor as per the Municipal Regulation approved with CC Resolution no. 20 of 02/08/2024 – Validation of the elected Deputy Councilor;
-Administrative elections 8 and 9 June 2024 – Oath of the Mayor (art. 50, paragraph 11 TUEL);
– Communication from the Mayor regarding the members of the Municipal Council (art. 46, paragraph 2 TUEL);
-Election of the President of the Council and the Vice Presidents (art. 39, paragraph 1 TUEL and art. 30, paragraph 2 and 33 of the Statute);
-Election of the Municipal Electoral Commission (art. 41, paragraph 2 TUEL);
– Appointment of members of the Municipal Commission for the updating of the lists of Lay Judges of the Assize Court and the Assize Court of Appeal (art. 13, L. 10 April 1951, n. 287).
