LOCAL POLICE, INTERVENTION OF THE ANTI-DEGRADATION TEAM AND AGENTS ON THE FLOOR. ONE PERSON REPORTED FOR THEFT, CHECKS IN COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES AND ROADS
Over the last three days, the Local Police, as part of the checks carried out daily by both the anti-degradation office and the agents, have subjected the area of the Plan to checks, in particular the Piazzetta Coop, Corso Carlo Alberto, Via Giordano Bruno and the toroids.
Around 50 identifications were made which also led to some infringements being reported. Among these high penalties were two for drunkenness, a warning to leave the premises was issued and the perpetrator of a theft perpetrated against the Coop del Piano was also identified. The person was reported to the judicial authorities at large. The checks also concern the commercial activities, all of which were found to be in order and the vehicles in transit, some of which were found to be irregular in terms of vehicle inspection. A financial penalty was imposed on the owners.
“The anti-degradation department of the Local Police of Ancona is one of the fundamental objectives that we had set ourselves and this further action confirms that the team has become fully operational to defend and protect the order and tranquility of citizens, especially in the parts of the city that have the greatest critical issues. The anti-degradation team operates daily; Even if the results are not immediately visible, I ask citizens to be patient because episodes like those of recent days demonstrate that the results are gradually arriving. I thank Commander Caglioti and the Local Police officers who have completely grasped the meaning of this commitment which is constant and widespread in our territory” stated the deputy mayor and councilor for Security and Local Police, Giovanni Zinni.
“This presence of ours in the area is daily and responds to a fundamentally need for prevention and closeness to citizens. It is a concrete response to the requests that come to us from the neighborhood” stated the commander of the Local Police of Ancona, Marco Ivano Caglioti.
