The distribution of seats sees 28 seats assigned to the majority (between the Leccese lists and those headed by Michele Laforgia) and eight to the opposition. Leccese’s choices for the composition of the new council will also affect the actual composition of the Council, pending the official proclamation, with the appointment of any councilors who could make room for new councillors.

In any case, the new Council of Bari will see ten seats assigned to the Democratic Party (which in the first round received 28,863 votes, equal to 19.77%, establishing itself as the first party). Between reconfirmations and new entries, Elisabetta Vaccarella (at the top of the preferences with over 3900 votes), the former councilors Pietro Petruzzelli and Paola Romano, the former president of Municipality I Lorenzo Leonetti, Giovanna Salemmi, Michelangelo Cavone, in the previous council president of the city assembly, Domenico Scaramuzzi, Antonio Bozzo, Marco Bronzini and Nicola Amoruso.

Five seats go to the Decaro list for Bari, with the councilors Vito Lacoppola and Carla Palone, Nicola Loprieno, Angela Perna and Pietro Albenzio. Three seats for Con Leccese mayor, who will see Romeo Ranieri, Francesco Giannuzzi and Nicoletta Milone on the Council. Two seats were won by the Leccese mayoral list, with the reconfirmation of Pierluigi Introna and the entry of Grazia Albergo, former president of Municipality IV. One seat each respectively for Progetto Bari with Leccese (the most voted was Diego De Marzo, former Retegas president) and Noi Popolari (with Claudio Schirone).

In the Laforgia team, in addition to the seat belonging to the criminal lawyer, there are two seats for the Laforgia mayor list, which will allow the entry into the Council of Victor Laforgia and Giovanni Moretti (formerly president of Municipality V), the 5 Star Movement , with one seat won, sees the reconfirmation of Antonello Delle Fontane in the Council, one seat goes to Bari Bene Comune (with the outgoing Welfare councilor Francesca Bottalico) and one to Bari Città d’Europa (with Pasquale Lavopa).

For the centre-right, in addition to the seat of mayoral candidate Fabio Romito, there are the three from Fratelli d’Italia (Pino Viggiano, record holder of preferences in the coalition, Laura De Marzo and Antonio Ciaula enter). Another two seats go to the mayor Romito list (with Valeria Amoruso and Carlo Patruno), and another two distributed between Forza Italia (Giuseppe Carrieri returns to the Council) and UDC (with Giuseppe Neviera).
