The PD si Santa Marinella and Santa Severa: best wishes to the new Mayor Marco Piendibene
The Democratic Party Club of Santa Marinella and Santa Severa extends its warmest congratulations for the exciting victory to Marco Piendibene, leader of the Democratic Party, leading the entire centre-left coalition, also formed by the 5 Star Movement, AVS and Demos.
With this success, the PD and the centre-left coalition return after 10 years to lead a strategic city not only for the entire quadrant of the northern coast which is strengthening, but also for the capital.
Piendibene has managed with competence, honesty and knowledge of the territory not only to build a political alliance in a broad field open to all left-wing progressive forces, but also to involve citizens in a project of strong, complete renewal of the city.
The extensive work of Marco and the entire team has demonstrated the success of a vision centered on shared values and clear choices: the fight against social inequalities, the sustainable development of resources, the energy transition, a policy that also looks inclusively at needs of all citizens.
We are certain that this result, to which the Santa Marinella PD Club immediately collaborated by convincingly supporting Marco Piendibene’s proposal, will also be a good omen for the alliances to be built for the future of Santa Marinella and Santa Severa.
