This afternoon’s meeting concluded the “Higher training course on domestic and gender violence and against vulnerable victims” promoted by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Benevento and the bodies of the “Inter-institutional table for the protection of vulnerable victims and gender violence” in collaboration with the “Luana. Violence Prevention and Empowerment”, coordinated by Coop EVA.
The course, which concluded today, began on 4 December last year and was developed in eight training meetings. It saw a massive participation of the operators for whom it was intended, magistrates, lawyers, members of the police forces, teachers, shopkeepers. health professions, psychologists, social workers.

The course was intended to be, and was, a training and specialization path for local operators aimed at the early recognition of intra-family and gender violence and at providing shared skills on the phenomenon in its social, cultural, psychological and legal complexity to avoid the secondary victimization and structuring synergistic and effective territorial networks.
The Course saw participation and reception that went beyond all expectations, the quality of the speakers, the identification of shared themes, the in-depth study of them, the training methodology adopted, supported with videos and multimedia materials and with moments of discussion in plenary sessions and workshops with the direct involvement of the participants and the seriousness of the networking work carried out were rewarded.
