In 2021, the Lecce Police Headquarters expelled the Albanian citizen via the maritime border of Bari, simultaneously imposing a ban on re-entry throughout the territory of the European Union for a period of 10 years.

In April of this year, taking advantage of the change of surname following a marriage contracted in Albania, the foreigner illegally entered Italy and settled in the Treviso area, but after a few weeks he was photographed by the Carabinieri of Vittorio Veneto so long as caught driving his vehicle in a clear state of alcoholic intoxication. After having ascertained the previous details, the foreigner was arrested for violating the ban on re-entry into Italy and taken to prison. Last June 21, after his release from the Treviso prison, the thirty-three-year-old was accompanied by policemen from the Immigration Office to the border area of ​​Bergamo and again expelled from the national territory.
