(Sixth Power) – Forlì – 24 June 2024 – The mayor of Forlì Gian Luca Zattini communicated today the delegations entrusted to the councilors of his new team.
As announced, the deputy mayor will be Vincenzo Bongiorno (Brothers of Italy) with mandates for Culture, Neighborhoods, Territorial Identity and the Rethinking the historic center project.
They follow: Vittorio Cicognani which maintains the powers for the budget and public works.
At the new entry Angelica Sansavini Welfare, volunteering, and civil and human rights.
TO Luca Bartolini (FdI) the delegation of urban planning, private construction and urban safety was assigned:
To Emanuela Bassi (FdI) the delegations (previously assigned to Marco Catalano) Pnrr, agriculture and also legality and general affairs.
Upon reconfirmation Paola Casara (Civic List) include education, university, economic development and aerospace.
The new entrance Kevin Bravi (of Civica) include sports, tourism and work.
Upon reconfirmation Andrea Cintorino (Lega) include digital transition and Smart City, major events, markets, strategic plan and equal opportunities.
To the outgoing Forza Italia councilor Giuseppe Petetta the same delegations as the previous mandate: Environment, roads, ecological transition and animal welfare.
To the mayor Zattini the delegations of health, civil protection and post-flood programs/projects.
The parliamentarian Jacopo Morrone, secretary of the Lega Romagna, comments: “White smoke for the Forlì council and for the delegations assigned to the mayor and councillors. The path to finding the right solution was not easy but in the end, from the long and fruitful discussion, a high-level municipal executive emerged. Andrea Cintorino (the two in the photo alongside) is once again a League councilor with heavy and innovative mandates. I can only express satisfaction with the outcome of the debate that took place between the political and civic forces that led the mayor to victory for the second time in Forlì Gian Luca Zattini, whom I thank for his great availability, and the center-right. I also express gratitude to the non-reappointed councilors who were part of the previous council (refers to Half-head And Melandri independent in Lega quota 5 years ago) for the fruitful work carried out in the last five years: a period of time that has marked a positive turning point for our city, awakened after a sleep that lasted too long. There are important years ahead of the new Forlì administration, years that will have to see the realization not only of already established projects, but also of new plans that have the ambition to look to the future without neglecting to listen to the needs of the territory and its inhabitants . We in the League will not fail to provide our support and contribution on this level.”
As already announced, the first municipal council of this new administrative mandate will take place on Tuesday 2 July at 3.30 pm in the Romiti district, at the sports hall in via Sapinia, a symbolic place of the flooded city and a point of reference in those tragic days for families , volunteers, law enforcement and civil protection, collection and distribution center for basic necessities.
