Giampiero Blanco immediately fled after stabbing to death his neighbor Antonio Raciti in the middle of an argument, the man was then stopped by the police a few hours later. The victim was forty-one years old and some acquaintances spoke about him during a connection with the studio of Afternoon Five Newsthe program hosted on Canale 5 by journalist Simona Branchetti.
Speaking is one of Raciti’s friends, Fabio, who explains that there may be something else at the root of the heated argument, not just the excessive comments made to Giampiero’s daughter – the man was accused of not being a good father, considering the girl’s circle of friends.
“The victim’s girlfriend…”, he tried to tell only to be interrupted by the woman present at his side. And It is at that point that the fuse is lit, leading to a live altercation.
“I can speak. You want to tell me that the one who went out here the other night with the sunglasses wasn’t you?!”, he declared and then added: “I speak and I also know what I say. Drink less, try to drink less drunk”. The landlady of course was forced to close the connection.
