The 13th edition of the advanced medical management and health policies course organized by the Order of Surgeons and Dentists of the Province of Catanzaro will start on 28 June

CATANZARO- “Artificial intelligence in healthcare and gynecological oncology”. The training course of the organized advanced medical management and health policies course starts from this interesting topic by the Order of Surgeons and Dentists of the Province of Catanzaro which will be inaugurated on Friday 28 June in the hall of the Marca Museum in Catanzaro.

Now in its 13th edition, the Course – directed by Dr. Lino Puzzonia – is divided into 8 modules which will follow one another over a period of six months and will end on 8 November in the Conference Room of the Hotel Guglielmo.

A cutting-edge training event in Italy, desired with determination by president of the Medical Association of Catanzaro, Dr. Vincenzo Cicontewhich is joined by the Catanzaro dentists register, led by Dr. Salvatore De Filippo.

President Ciconte, the director of the Puzzonia course, and the entire board of directors have always underlined how activities of this kind demonstrate the great attention paid to the medical profession of the area. Indeed, in a healthcare sector characterized by rapid change, increasing complexity and significant challenges, including the aging population, the increase in chronic diseases, and cost pressures, courses in advanced medical management and healthcare policies become fundamental to train professionals capable of leading and innovating within the healthcare system.

Training is essential to face the modern challenges of healthcare: managerial skills and healthcare policy strategies at the service of a more effective and sustainable system. The course has a limited number of participants and is reserved for the first 400 participants (100 for each group) who will receive 42 training credits. The course will be inaugurated with the first module on Friday 28 June (8 – 14.15) in the Marca Museum Hall. The presentation is entrusted to the president of the Medical Association, Dr. Vincenzo Antonio Ciconte, and the director of the course, Dr. Lino Puzzonia. After the greetings of Dr. Filippo Anelli, president of FNOMCeO and of Dr. Roberto Monaco, president of COGEAPS, we will get to the heart of the first topic: “Artificial intelligence in healthcare and oncology gynecology”, with the reports of Professor Giovanni Scambia, scientific director of the “Gemelli Polyclinic”. The bishop of the diocese of Cassano allo Ionio, and vice president of the CEI, Monsignor Francesco Savino, is entrusted with the second report of the first module on the topic “Ethics and solidarity in the national health system”.
