“You eat it to the last edge.” This is the motto of the pizzeria Palermo bordera place born in 2021 with the aim of improving the delivery service for takeaway pizzerias in the city.

Two locations, in Corso Camillo Finocchiaro Aprile and in via Aquileia, a place born a year after the first due to many requests and a strong ambition on the part of the owners. And right here, grilled chicken and burgers have been added to the pizza offering. “We are very satisfied with the results obtained so far and our project is still growing,” he tells us Alessandro Coccoowner of the restaurant together with Giovanni Agnello.

A highly digestible pizza, prepared with a blend of three Petra flours and aged for at least 72 hours. Among the alternatives there is also a ancient grain dough and one gluten-free.

“The most requested pizza is always there Queen Margaret, which we prepare with an Italian fior di latte. Among the most delicious pizzas, our Esuberante stands out, made with buffalo mozzarella, mortadella, pistachio pesto, burrata, chopped pistachios and lemon zest”. On the menu, in addition to the traditional ones, there are also special pizzas such as the Illustre with tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, sausage, onion, pistachio pesto, yellow cherry, crispy bacon or the Rara with buffalo mozzarella, radicchio, gorgonzola, speck and nuts.

But which the secret ingredient for the perfect pizza? “In our opinion it doesn’t exist – Cocco tells us – because to obtain a product that is truly liked, it is essential to have a team of trained collaborators, who carry out this work with seriousness and a lot of love. And we are proud of our team.”

A brand that doesn’t want to stop but establish itself even more in the city, so much so open two more stores in 2024 onboard. The locations are still top secret, but the owners are ready to surprise, with a quality takeaway pizza. “We put our face to it right from the start, capturing the trust of our customers from the first moments. We want to continue to grow and improve ourselves more and more. We love this project and want to take it to the top.”
