From tomorrow (25 June) the theater festival aimed at the new generations begins and will continue until 4 August: this is the tenth edition of the Lucca Teatro Festival – What are clouds?organized by The Bad Company with the contribution of the Municipality of Lucca and the Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca Foundation and with the patronage of the Province of Lucca, Fondazione Toscana Spettacolo.
The tenth edition of the Festival opens tomorrow Lorenzo Baglioni, well-known Florentine comic singer-songwriter with a huge following on the web, at 9.30 pm in the courtyard of the Agorà cultural center (entrance from via delle Trombe). Singer, author, presenter and actor, former mathematics teacher, took to the Sanremo stage in 2018 with the song The Subjunctive. You have hosted TV programs such as L’Isola degli Eroi (BoingTv), Bella, Prof! (SkyUno), Un Palco Per Due (Rai2), So, come on! (Rai2, RaiPlay). The event is in collaboration with the Municipality of Lucca, Agorà Civic Library.
For the fourth consecutive year, in the summer version, it offers a rich calendar of shows for families, and workshops for children and teenagers, with free entry or participation.
The festival, which also makes tribute to the memory of Giovanni Fedeli, its first artistic director who died prematurely at the age of 48confirms its cultural vocation and consolidates itself as a leader throughout the provincial territory, offering high-level entertainment aimed at young people and families, with 28 events and shows in two months, in 10 different locations.
The theme of the 2024 edition: Do, Re, Mi… It’s Theatre! introduces a tenth edition dedicated to music, with many shows accompanied by a live soundtrack.

The Theater of Possibilities, with the show It takes a flower to raise awareness on issues related to the environment in the cloister of the convent of Sant’Anna di Pieve Fosciana, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pieve Fosciana, Fita – Provincial Committee of Lucca, Scuolina Raggi di Sole and La Cattiva Compagnia Teatro.
