The public notice for the assignment of concessions for the permanent occupation of public areas within the territory of the municipality of Novara, intended for the exercise of sales activities of newspapers and periodicals and/or commercial/artisan activities in kiosks
Novara: a tender to assign kiosks and newsstands
The tender gives access to the assignment of concessions of public areas (previously occupied by newsstand kiosks, now abandoned) for the positioning of kiosks to be used for the exercise of commercial and/or artisanal activities.
The subject of the tender are 12 public areas as shown in the list below, intended for the installation of kiosks for carrying out various commercial/craft activities, as per the suitability findings of the projects presented by the competitors.
The areas will be assigned free of any construction, without prejudice to the possibility of the successful tenderer to maintain and/or convert any existing structures by purchasing them through negotiations between private individuals. Any liability on the part of the Municipality is excluded. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the removal of the existing buildings for which the clearance order has been issued.
