Comics, videogames and cosplay: Comicon Bergamo is at the Fair

After the good debut yesterday afternoon (Friday 21 June), the weekend of the second edition of Comicon Bergamo, the international pop culture festival organized in collaboration with Promoberg, began at the Fair. The first fans of comics, videogames, cinema and TV series, games, cosplay, concerts and much more arrived in the square of the via Lunga hub long before the opening. Thousands of people arrived, from the little ones to those who have been grandparents for a while, by any means from all over Italy, including the Islands.

Around 200 guests, 170 events, 7 exhibitions and with a central nucleus at the Bergamo Fair and a program of events and exhibitions spread across the city in Bergamo and its province, but also in Milan and the Brescia area.

Many guests and events are expected, among them: the legend of American comics and Marvel designer John Romita Jr, Maestro Tanino Liberatore with the Lucy exhibition, the cartoonists Sio, Fraffrog, Glenn Fabry, RichardHTT, Labadessa, the stars of the world of video games , the actor and voice actor Troy Baker, the composer Austin Wintory, the game designer Andrea Pessino, the voice actors of Spider-Man, Alex Polidori and Jacopo Calatroni, the K-Pop contest, the Cosplay contest and much more.

Great satisfaction on the part of the organisers, with the president of Promoberg, Luciano Patelli, very happy to be involved in the energy and enthusiasm of the many ‘Comiconians’ who came to the Fair. «We are only at the second edition, but Comicon Bergamo has already managed to become one of the most loved events in the sector. The enthusiasm we feel at the fair is the best fuel to further develop the project, with new ideas and events”, he said.
