In this case, the police of the Stabiese police station executed a precautionary custody order in prison, issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, against a subject seriously suspected of crime of aggravated residential burglary, committed in Castellammare di Stabia on 5 April.

The intervention of the investigators during the following morning made it possible to find the stolen vehicle and return it to the person entitled to it.
The viewing of the images of the video surveillance system at the site of the theft, the comparison of the same with images taken by the investigators in the days following the theft and the findings
obtained from the complaint-complaint of the offended person made it possible to gather a serious circumstantial framework against today’s arrestee. Following the completion of the formalities, the arrested person was associated with the Naples Poggioreale prison.
