TREVISO The “Summer in Restera” initiative is back to prevent and prevent the discomfort of the elderly population in the face of the high temperatures of the summer season. From 1 July to 30 August, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 3pm (starting at 3.30pm) to 6.30pm-7pm, interested citizens (over 60 self-sufficient) will be able to go to the “Pro Senectute” center in via Callalta 58, prior reservation at the Auser Treviso telephone number 0422/409213 which will take care of the transport of members and the collection of a monthly contribution of 30 euros including insurance coverage and any transport. “We thank the volunteers of Auser Treviso, Avo, Selaluna Association, Gruppo Anziani Restera and ProSenectute”, underlines theCouncilor for the Solidarity and Inclusive City, Gloria Tessarolo. «We wanted to confirm this solution which also gave excellent results last year in terms of assistance and support to our elderly, thus responding to the need to protect them from the summer heat and encourage socialisation. These initiatives are possible thanks to the commitment of local entities that work in synergy with the municipal administration for the well-being of citizens.”
To book, just call the Auser Treviso telephone number 0422-409213 from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 11.30.
