#BasketTorinoFemminile is pleased to announce the hiring of player Lara Nobuko Varaldi.
189 cm strong forward, born in 2005, raised in Turin in the youth sector of Lapolismile up to U16, Lara is fresh from a three-year experience in San Martino di Lupari.
Having joined the yellow and black club in the summer of 2021, in the 2021/22 season she participated in the U17, U19 and Serie B championships, winning promotion to A2 with the latter selection.
In the following 2022/23 season the player was part of the U19 selection, reaching the national category finals and participated in the U20 Italian Cup in Udine, wearing the Montecchio uniform.
In her third and final season at San Martino di Lupari, Lara was used in the U19 selection and in the team that participated in the Serie B championship and also became part of the squad of the A1 team.
These are Lara’s first words as a lynx: “I’m very happy to join the team, I can’t wait to get to work and improve myself to give my contribution to the group and achieve the set goals together.
