The public notice for the establishment of the single district register of third sector bodies accredited for socio-health services and interventions in the socio-health district has been published on the online noticeboard of the municipality of Bagheria, the lead municipality of the socio-health district 39. n.39 financed with CAP funds for seniors and children – poverty fund. The District Register is divided into specific thematic areas, whose services are: minors, disabled people, elderly people, family responsibility and the fight against poverty. The registration request can be submitted by entities operating individually or in association in the social, welfare and educational area, registered in the Company Registers of the Chamber of Commerce for activities corresponding to the services of interest and in the Single National Register of the Third Sector ( RUNTS).
Applications must be submitted by the 15th day following the publication of the notice on the noticeboard praetorium of the Municipality of Bagheria Capofila, that is by 4 JULY 2024exclusively by certified email [email protected].

The request, filled out on the form prepared by the Office and attached to the notice, must be complete with:
▪ Copy of the identity document of the legal representative of the ETS requesting accreditation and registration in the Register;

▪ Copy of the Statute and Articles of Association of the ETS;

▪ Copy of Chamber of Commerce registration certificate;

▪ registration in the specific national register of non-profit organizations held by the Revenue Agency and/or Single National Register of the Third Sector;

▪ Registration in the regional register referred to in art. 26 LRN22/86 in the minors – typology – home care section or in another Community, National or Regional register with similar characteristics;

▪ Substitute declaration, pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, signed by the legal representative, with attached photocopy of the identification document, relating to the possession of the general requirements for the stipulation of public contracts referred to in the art. 94 and following of Legislative Decree. 36/2023 (second model).
