Pescara. The organized fan protest against the management of Pescara Calcio does not subside: after the public meeting at the end of May, the blue and white ultras plan new demonstrations.

With the market still under wraps, the bench still vacant and the transfer promised by the disputed president Sebastiani still not arrived, a new protest statement was released by the Delfino ultras: “We met a few days ago, we looked each other in the eyes and we understood that all together everything can be done; we parted with the promise that that meeting would only be the first step on a journey whose sole objective is to send him away.”

The reference is to the demonstration which, on May 31st, brought together hundreds of people – spreading for the first time to the city beyond the ranks of organized supporters – under the Northern curve of the Adriatic.

Thus, 3 appointments are triggered to continue to ask for the “expulsion” of Sebastiani: the first, Saturday 22 June at 7pm once again in the square under the North: “this time it will be something that will go beyond a simple assembly; we will meet to inform everyone about the event we are organizing and we will do it in our own way, REAFFIDATING ONCE AGAIN IF THERE IS A NEED, WHO THE PESCARESANS ARE!! We will be present with scarves, flags, smoke bombs and banners and it will be just a taste of what is to come, of the passion of the blue and white people and of their unity and pride…”, write the blue and white ultras in the press release.

So the protest will move to the symbolic places of Pescara, far from the stadium: Saturday 29 June in Piazza Salotto at 5.30 pm and Thursday 4 July on the northern seafront, in Piazzale della Madonnina (time to be defined), on the anniversary of the birth of the club.

“PESCARA takes to the streets, united and compact… ultras and not, young and old, but all united by the love for the blue and white colours. It will be an opportunity to show how much pride the people of Pescara have and how loudly they know how to shout their dissent towards all those who abuse our glorious shirt, the president first and foremost. This is the date that will remain in history, the starting point of a rebirth awaited and desired by everyone”, conclude the fans.
