School: a PCP law to support school managers and secretaries.
The requirement arises from the failure to complete the competition for school managers. The written test – according to ministerial sources – is postponed to September.
The situation
Out of 26 educational institutions, there are currently 9 regencies. A number that will certainly increase to 11 in light of a retirement and the fact that the Cria will be activated as an autonomous institution without forgetting the sword of Damocles of inter-regional mobility of managers.

He underlined this to the PCP group leader Erika Guichardaz in the press conference presenting the proposed law ‘Urgent provisions to guarantee the regular start of the 2024-25 school year which is made up of 5 articles.
The bill provides for the exemption or semi-exemption from teaching of vice-principals in educational institutions of all levels led by regents and the fixed-term employment in high schools of 7 units belonging to category C2.
The chapters
The law is financed on the expenditure chapters intended for the equalization of the personnel of the Valle d’Aosta fire and forestry departments and the supplementary transfer to the Municipality of Aosta for the current management for 277,000 thousand and 646,000 respectively.
