Cassa Padana, conference on agri-food business

“Agritech – New horizons for the agri-food business”: this is the title of the conference promoted by Cassa Padana, which will be held at CremonaFiere on Wednesday 26 June (5pm). Digital technologies are acquiring an increasingly relevant role for the Italian agri-food system: they are central in cultivation processes, they acquire a decisive role for farming systems, they contribute significantly to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of industrial transformation processes.

The full valorisation of these investments – which makes full traceability of the supply chain and improvement of environmental sustainability possible – however involves the affirmation of a strategic and marketing platform capable of valorising the Italian agri-food product.

The conference will be an opportunity to understand how to leverage the excellence of the Cremona system on the Agritech front for the affirmation of a new business platform capable of recognizing value for farmers and actors in the eastern Lombardy supply chain. It will also be an opportunity to present the “Knowledge Hub” project promoted by Cassa Padana with the support of the Polytechnic of Milan and the Capirola Institute.
