The ranking concerns the year 2023 and was drawn up by Corriere della Sera and from iLMeteo.it. which thus certified the climate liveability index for the third consecutive year.
The climate liveability index for Agrigento was 982 points compared to 991 for Biella and 999 for Imperia.
The cities classified in fourth and fifth place are separated by many points and are respectively: Cuneo with 925 points and Macerata with 908.

One of the parameters taken into consideration is that of sunshinein which Agrigento was in fourth place, while in other parameters such as daytime cloud coverL’temperature rangei rainy daysi frosty days it obviously placed in the last places.
These are the 17 parameters used to calculate the climate liveability index: summer breeze, humidity comfort, temperature range, cold days, heat index, fog, tropical nights, daytime cloud cover, heat waves, rainy days, extreme events, intense rain, gusts of wind, days of frost, extreme heat, drought and sunshine.
