At 3pm on Thursday 27 June, in the De Pasquale room, the conference “Maritime state property concessions: current challenges and future scenarios” organized by the Municipality of Latina and the Order of Engineers of the province of Latina will be held.
The presence of the Mayor Matilde Celentano, the councilor for Productive Activities Antonio Cosentino and the councilor for Maritime State Property Gianluca Di Cocco is expected to greet the institutions. The meeting will be moderated by Paolo Rossi, director of the Department VIII Production activities, tenders and contracts of the Municipality of Latina and treasurer of the Order of Engineers of the province of Latina. Speakers will include Umberto Realfonzo, former president of the Abruzzo TAR and State Councilor, Rosamaria Berloco, scientific director of Dilex Accademia di Formazione and Co-founder of Legal Team and Giampaolo Austa, professor of administrative law at the University of Tuscia and of counsel of Legal Team.
The meeting intends to delve deeper into the topic of maritime state concessions, analyzing the current problems of the sector and the strategies to address the practical operational difficulties through a debate and open discussion with the participants. The current regulatory framework of maritime state concessions will be examined, together with the most recent rulings on the matter.
Twenty places will be reserved for members of the Order of Engineers, for whom three training credits will be recognised. The conference is open to all interested parties and free of charge.
