Gallarate (Varese) – As part of the control activity of the territory and the verification of the sector regulations governing public businesses, yesterday, 18 June, the staff of the Administrative Police Sector of Gallarate and Local Police Commissariatcarried out a series of checks involving various public businesses in the city railway station area, recently the scene of fights which caused particular alarm and near Piazza Risorgimento.

The operators identified 19 people and checked a total of 5 commercial businesses, imposing administrative fines of 3,500 euros. In particular, the streets adjacent to the railway station were patrolled, checking public businesses and neighborhood businesses also with the aim of preventing theto the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages as required by the current ordinance of the mayor of Gallarate. In particular, in two hairdressing shops, the violation of the regional provision of the sector was found which imposes the obligation to carry out the activity in the presence of the technical manager, which will lead to an administrative fine of 500 euros for each commercial establishment, while in another a violation of the authorization requirement for the external sign was found, which will result in an administrative fine of 200 euros.
