On the occasion of National Day against Leukemia, Lymphoma and
Myelomathe Pro Loco of Gasperina, in collaboration with the theater company Theatron “Franco Squillacioti” and the AIL section of Reggio Calabria/Vibo Valentia “Albero Neri”, is pleased to announce
the conference “Together for a future without leukemia: the future of hematological treatments through scientific research”.

The event will be held on June 21, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Town Hall of
Gasperina. This important meeting will see the participation of doctors and researchers, as well as representatives of the institutions involved, with the aim of raise public awareness of haematological diseases and on the new frontiers of scientific research.

During the conference, the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma will be presented, with a particular focus on innovative therapies and ongoing research projects.

• Prof. Nicola Amodio, Associate Professor of General Pathology at the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro
• Niccolò Vono, Student of Molecular Biotechnology for Personalized Medicine at the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro

During the event, the Theatron “Franco Squillacioti” theater company will be honored by the Pro Loco with a plaque recognizing its commitment, over the years, to raising funds for the AIL. Participation in the conference is free and open to all and will represent an opportunity to start a fundraiser for AIL: “We warmly invite citizens or anyone who wishes to take part in this important moment of information and sharing, to support the fight against haematological diseases and support scientific research”.
