Cremona Sera – Cremona: during an intervention, the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section found six tablets that had been stolen from a school in Codogno on 8 June

They had been stolen on the night of 8 June last from a school in Codogno, but, during an intervention, the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile found them in an attic in Cremona. These are six tablets, fully functional and complete with power supplies for charging, which were stolen.

On the afternoon of June 15th, a patrol from the Cremona Radiomobile Section was sent to a building in the city center because a woman had requested intervention, believing that her attic was occupied by someone not authorized to access. The woman and the Carabinieri entered the attic and found no one. The Carabinieri then checked the entire premises, ascertaining the presence of clear traces and personal effects of someone who had entered the premises without any authorization from the owner. And, inside a bag, they found six tablets that the woman did not recognize as hers. Believing that they could be stolen, the military carried out the necessary checks through the databases in use.

Then, they ascertained that the IT tools had been stolen on the night of June 8th from a school in Codogno. At the end of the activities, the six tablets were returned to the school director, while further investigations are underway to identify who took them to the attic.
