Useful information
Even for the run-off round it is advisable for the voter to check in advance the spaces available on your electoral card. To facilitate citizens, theElectoral office (corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 42) will be open to the public, without reservation, for issuing of the electoral card – in case of running out of space or loss – in addition to the usual times, Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd June from 8.30am to 6pm, Sunday 23rd June from 7am to 11pm and Monday 24th June from 7am to 3:00 pm.
L’Registry office (via Ala Ponzone, 32) will be open to the public, without reservation, for the sole issue of identity cards for citizens who need them to vote, on Sunday 23 June from 7:00 to 23:00 and on Monday 24 June from 7:00 to 15:00.
Voters who intend to exercise their right to vote, but unable to go to the polling station independently due to motor impediment, they can ask to be accompanied to the polling station with transport service provided by an association equipped with vehicles equipped for the transport of disabled people. To use the transport service, simply call the Municipality’s electoral office (tel 0372 407333 – 0372 407332).
All the seats are located in the location indicated on the electoral card except for the following polling stations which are temporarily unsuitable for electoral operations:
- The Civic Center “Cascinetto”, headquarters of the electoral sections n. 58 – 59: the sections were transferred to the “Bianca Maria Visconti” School Center with entrance from via Dritta, 2;
- L’“Anne Frank” educational instituteheadquarters of the electoral sections n.49 – 50 – 55 – 56: the sections have been transferred to the “Bianca Maria Visconti” Center with entrance from via Giuseppina 29;
- The Civic Center “Boschetto”, headquarters of the electoral sections n. 65 – 66 – 67: the sections were transferred to the “Stradivari” School Center with entrance from via S. Bernardo, 1;
- The “Maristella” Civic Center, headquarters of the electoral sections n. 45 – 73: the sections were transferred to the “Stradivari” School Center with entrance from via S. Bernardo, 1.
A has also been established free shuttle service for voters residing in Migliaro, Boschetto and Maristella who must go to the polling station in the locality “Stradivari” educational institute . The timetables can be consulted on the municipality website in the section with the details of all the useful information relating to the vote in the 2024 local elections – run-off round.
Finally, we would like to remind you that for the run-off the composition of the polling station, established in the first round of voting on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, remains unchanged. Therefore, the appointments of presidents, secretaries and scrutineers are also considered valid for the run-off round on Sunday 23 and Monday 24 June. The presidents, secretaries and scrutineers must report to the polling station to which they have already been assigned on Saturday 22 June at 3.50 pm.
