Aversa. Municipal elections, Matacena looks to the runoff

After the great result of the first round, the civic coalition that supports Franco Matacena is continuing its electoral campaign in view of the runoff.

The candidate for mayor of Aversa is retracing the different points of the city every day, meeting hundreds of people from Aversa in view of the decisive vote on 23 and 24 June.

Matacena’s campaign is conducted with enthusiasm and optimism, and he also comments on the vote and the prospects of this last part of the electoral debate: “On 8 and 9 June a great result was achieved, a great test of the coalition, unfortunately we were very close to crowning our splendid electoral campaign, but our project has already won”.

“I want to thank the over 13,000 Aversa residents who chose us, who believed in me and showed us exceptional support. I am very satisfied and in recent days I see the enthusiasm growing on the part of the many friends who accompanied me along the way and of many who are approaching us”.

“The first round was an avalanche of consensus, our lists have already obtained a majority in the council, we obtained double the votes compared to the individual opposing coalitions and more votes than all the other groups put together”.

“This means that our proposal was well understood and rewarded by the people of Aversa, who trusted me and chose our coalition. We had more votes in all sections of the city, even in those fiefdoms that seemed impregnable, we managed to get everywhere because we conveyed the strength of our ideas to the citizens.”

“In the next few days I will continue to cross the city – continues Matacena -, to meet people, to tell our vision for Aversa and to ask those who have already done so to reconfirm their trust in us, but above all I will speak with those who did not vote for us, I will go to understand their motivations and I will interpret their requests”.

“My action will be based on pacification and I will reiterate this concept, I want to be able to represent all the people of Aversa, we have strong ideas that are capable of making the city change and the strength of a great success in the first round on our side, the 12 councilors already elected officials are already studying the city’s problems and are the only ones who can give substance to any political hypothesis for the future of Aversa”.

“In the meetings in all the neighborhoods of Aversa we are showing the enthusiasm of an electoral campaign carried out openly and with the smile of those who know how to be among people, listening to everyone’s needs, even those who did not support us in the first round , without understanding political commitment as a dynastic claim”.

“We care about the fate of the city and the only way is to continue to support our project, any other hypothesis would paralyze our city and make us miss out on important opportunities, while we need to carry out the necessary interventions immediately, giving compactness to the next administration”.

“The choice of the city in the first round outlines a clear path: let’s go and win in the runoff!”.
