For this reason, a man from Trapani was sanctioned by the Prevention Department of the Provincial Health Authority. Specifically, the ASP technicians ascertained the presence of several animals in a fenced outdoor area, in use by the sanctioned man also because without any written contract from the owner. In particular three dogs, of which only two are owned by humans and do not have a microchip, therefore not registered in the canine registry.

For this reason, therefore, the man was fined 344 euros. At present, however, the payment has not yet taken place, which is why the Minutes and Litigation Office of the municipal police of Trapani has issued an order for payment, increased by 10 euros compared to the already high total.
