JuVi Ferraroni Cremona announces that it has signed the promising power forward Yannick Giombini for the next competitive season.
201 centimeters, 94 kilos winger, born in 2001, Yannick trained as a basketball player in his native Ancona (Stamura), where he also made his debut in Serie C Silver (Il Campetto), winning promotion to Serie B in 2017/18. A few appearances in the third national category at just 17 years old, then the important transfer to Casale, where Yannick has the opportunity to develop all his talent between C Gold, Under 18 National team and training with the Serie A2. In the 2020/21 season he becomes an effective part of the A2 roster, learning and improving his technical knowledge thanks also to the 13 appearances recorded.
Subsequently the return to his city, to Luciana Mosconi; the boy has become a “man” and it can be seen from the important performances recorded: 7.1 points on average the first year between championship and Play-Off, 9.5 points and 8.2 rebounds in the second season where Giombini was also included in the best quintet of the group gone.
Last season in Fabriano he had an excellent championship which established him as one of the best talents in the entire Serie B, recording a seasonal average of 9.4 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.

He is a son of art: his father is the volleyball player Leondino Giombini, winner of 3 World Leagues and a European Championship with the Italian national team, while with the clubs he won a scudetto, an Italian Cup, a CEV Cup and a Champions League .
