Everyone in the emergency room and then immediate trial

It happened on the evening of June 16, at approximately 8.30 pm, in the premises of an association of Via Germagnano, “Falchera” district: two brothers aged thirty-six and thirty-eight, of Romanian origins, residing in Turin, argued harshly until they came to blows, to the point of inducing some witnesses to request help from nue 112. In a few minutes three car radios from the Nucleo Radiomobile of the Carabinieri who attempted to break up the dispute; but instead of calming down, the two lashed out at the military. Final result: everyone in the emergency room to have their injuries reported and then a security cell and a very direct procedure for the two who will have to answer for “resisting a public official” and “personal injury”. Shortly afterwards, at around 10.30pm, this time in Corso Novara, “Barriera di Milano” district, another Radiomobile crew arrested a forty-three-year-old of Senegalese origins who, with the collaboration of an accomplice who managed to escape, had shortly before attacked a thirty-five-year-old robbing him of his mobile phone and 40 euros. Even for him, seriously suspected of the crime of “robbery”, the doors of the prison were opened with accompaniment to the “Lorusso e Cutugno” district house. Still in “Barriera di Milano”, in the hours of the night, the Radiomobile Unit is once again on scene: at the request of nue 112 a crew went to Via Viriglio and surprised a thirty-two year old of Romanian origins, resident in Turin, intent on forcing the condominium garage shutters. The man was arrested as he was seriously suspected of “attempted theft” and confined in security rooms awaiting the immediate trial
