There will not be no support of the lists that supported Fulvio Fellegara in the first round of the Sanremo administrative elections, to Alessandro Mager. At least officially. Clearly it will remain the secret of the urn and, those 20% of voters who crossed out the name of Fellegara and his three lists will be able to do what they want but, in fact, there was no possibility of an agreement with the candidate for civic mayor. According to well-informed sources there would have been summit meetingswho would have also seen important roles on the table (in the council and in the investee companies) in a possible future Mager administration, but the three souls of the Fellegara group decided differently.
During the day the decision it should be made official with a statement, although at the moment it is not yet clear whether it will be unitary (of the entire coalition) or whether each list will produce one independently.
Waiting for ballot on Sunday and Monday, therefore, the ‘hunt’ to vote for both contenders continues. Rolando starts with an advantage of 10 percentage points over Mager, even if the two candidates will also have to work on the further risk of abstention from voting. Historically, between the first and second rounds the drop is always noticeable and, 10 days ago in Sanremo the percentage of voters was already very low.
Together with search for votes outside their own lists, the candidates will also have to work as always to convince those who supported them even in the first round, in order to present themselves at least with the numbers obtained 10 days ago. It won’t be easy and the work is becoming feverish, door to door, to get there Sunday and Monday when we have the final sentence.
