This new edition is ready to relaunch the Festival which celebrates the gastronomic excellences of the Ligurian Riviera and beyond, together with lots of music for everyone.
The dates and place are certainly not random because June 21st is the summer solstice with the longest and brightest days of the year, also marking the beginning of the summer season in the park of Villa Ormond, one of the most beautiful in Sanremo. Every corner of the Villa becomes part of a journey through the flavors and knowledge of Italian cuisine, up to the heart of this wonderful Villa in an itinerary full of flavors and emotions.
But “Riviera Food Festival” is much more than a simple taste of delicacies. It is an invitation to experience the culture of food in all its forms, from the thematic rooms on the first floor, which will highlight the best of Ligurian production, to the Conference space, where you can learn about local secrets and specialities,
Not to forget the external space of the Villa, called Le Terrazze, transformed, for lunch and dinner, into a very particular restaurant that will draw directly on the products of the exhibitors present at the Riviera Food Festival.
Why stop at food? Sanremo in summer is synonymous with magical outdoor evenings that combine the sound of live music, with our Live Band selections, with the unique flavor of freshly prepared culinary specialties or some particular tasting.
Riviera Food Festival also makes the conference space available to everyone for presentations and short films, obviously after an introductory meeting and always giving priority to all those activities that are closest to the theme of the event. For example, at 4pm on Saturday and Sunday, the short film “The Little Girl Who Dances with the Bees” will be screened.
