The Jazz club Potenzaunder the artistic direction of pianist Toni De Giorgi, organizes for next Friday 21 June a day of various initiatives entitled “Summer Solstice 2024. Music festival between sport and art”dedicated to the summer solstice, an event that is celebrated in one hundred and twenty countries around the world.
The initiative, which enjoys the patronage of the Municipality of Potenza, will take place at the Montereale city park and the local Pineta Dancing Cafe, and includes a rich program of events including music, sport, art and literature, including musical performances, recitals and readings, exhibitions of paintings and sporting activities, which will take place starting from ten in the morning and until midnight.
The event is organized together with cultural and sporting associations:
- ASD Polisportiva Basilia,
- ASD Psychology and Wellbeing,
- ASD Basilia Basket Potenza,
- ASD Valchiria Circus Potenza, as well as with the “Luigi La Vista” State Comprehensive Institute of Potenza and the Pineta Dancing Cafe.
